"LIFE AFTER GEORGE" AT DUCHESS THEATRE FROM 14TH FEB 02

Booking has now opened for Life After George, which opens at the Duchess Theatre on 19th Feb 02, following previews from 14th Feb 02, and taking bookings to 15th June 02.

Written by Hannie Rayson, the drama features Stephen Dillane as Peter George, and Cheryl Campbell, Joanne Pearce and Anna Wilson-Jones as the three wives.

When Professor Peter George, charismatic champion of free education and free love is killed in a plane crash, his three wives come together to arrange his funeral.

The play runs as a series of flashbacks, seen from the perspective of his three-ex wives . They mull over George's life as a charismatic university professor with a history of hippy activities in the 60s, with each wife representing a different era in George's life.
