Following a short West End engagement at the Garrick Theatre last month, political commentator Matt Forde will return to the West End for a longer residency. Matt Forde's Political Party will run fortnightly at the Duchess Theatre from 27 September, sharing the same venue as The Play That Goes Wrong.

Political Party began at The Other Palace in 2013, and has since taken place over 70 times. As part of the show, Forde interviews politicians and influential figures to find out more about their lives, with previous guests including Nigel Farage, Tony Blair and Jacob Rees-Mogg.

Political Party can also be enjoyed in podcast form, and has regularly topped the lists as one of the best podcasts to listen to in numerous newspapers.

Upcoming guests for Political Party at the Duchess Theatre include:

27 September - Andy Burnham
11 October - Penny Mordaunt
8 November - Anas Sarwar
22 November - Anthony Scaramucci
6 December - Jeremy Hunt

Forde is also an impressionist, writer and comedian who has appeared on shows including Spitting Image, Have I Got News For You and Question Time.
