Game of Thrones star Hannah Murray will lead the all-female cast of Laura Wade's Posh at the Pleasance Theatre, running from 29 March 2017 with an official opening on 3 April.

The hit play will be reinvented for the first time by a company of all-female actors. Darkly comic and disgracefully entertaining, Posh began life at the Royal Court Theatre in 2010 before transferring to the West End and being adapted into the 2014 film 'The Riot Club'.

"In the private dining room of a gastro pub, 10 young bloods with cut-glass vowels and deep pockets are meeting, intent on restoring their right to rule. As members of an elite student dining society, they're bunkering down for a wild night of debauchery, decadence and bloody good wine."

The full cast for the production includes Lucy Aarden, Cassie Bradley, Alice Brittain, Molly Hanson, Verity Kirk, Macy Nyman, Toni Peach, Jessica Siân, Sarah Thom, Gabby Wong and Amani Zardoe.

Hannah Murray made her West End debut in Polly Stenham's That Face at the Royal Court and her breakthrough role was playing 'Cassie' in E4's cult series 'Skins'.

She said of the news: "I am so excited to be a part of this production, it's a fascinating opportunity to explore and investigate the nature of privilege - a topic I feel there is an increasing urgency to examine and discuss. Working with an all-female ensemble cast is a brilliant opportunity to collaborate with a fantastic company of talented women, which is not something that happens often enough."

Directed by Cressida Carré the production features set and costume design by Sara Perks and Sarah Mills, lighting design by Derek Anderson and sound design by Harry Barker. It is produced by Tom Harrop for Can't Think Theatre Company.

Tickets for the production are now on sale.
