The Roses of Whitechapel - at the Greenwich Playhouse and also at The Lion & Unicorn Theatre

Spontaneous Productions presents The Roses of Whitechapel, By Jonathan Kaufman and Martin Stiff, at the Greenwich Playhouse (2 to 7 Nov 2010) and then Lion and Unicorn Theatre (9 to 28 Nov 2010).

Directed by Juliette Grassby, starring Laoisha O'Callaghan.

Explores the series of murders that terrorised the East End of London during the autumn months of 1888.

Told from the point of view of the five prostitute victims, it celebrates the lives of the women who met their end at the hands of 'the world's first serial killer.'
