Vivienne Franzmann returns to the Royal Court Theatre with new play

New play Bodies runs this summer.

The Royal Court Theatre have announced that Vivienne Franzmann will return to the Jerwood Theatre Upstairs with her new play Bodies which runs from 5 July to 12 August 2017, with an official opening on 11 July.

Directed by Jude Christian it features design by Gabriella Slade.

Vivienne Franzmann's plays include Pests (Royal Court and Royal Exchange), The Witness (Royal Court), Mogadishu (Royal Exchance), The Snow Queen (Bristol Old Vic). Born in London she was a teacher for thirteen years. Her first play Mogadishu was nominated for an Evening Standard and an Olivier award.

Casting for Bodies is yet to be announced.
