Emma Hatton interview - 'Evita still feels fresh and current, it has stood the test of time'
Hatton played Elphaba in the West End for a year and a half following roles in Dreamboats and Petticoats and We Will Rock You. She began touring Europe with Evita in January this year, before the production came into London for a 12-week residency this summer.
In his five-star review, Mark Shenton described the production as a “must-see”, adding Hatton “makes it entirely her own with the ferocity of a personality whose grasping ambition takes no prisoners in her relentless climb to the top”.
Evita Tickets are available now.
