Bolanic Productions presents 20th Century Boy, a new musical by Peter Rowe in association with Gary Lloyd, with music and lyrics by Marc Bolan, at the New Wimbledon Theatre, a 1,600 seat venue, in south London, from 23 to 28 June 2014, as part of a national tour prior to a West End run.
Directed and choreographed by Gary Lloyd, design by Diego Pitarch, lighting by Ben Cracknell, sound by Chris Whybrow.
20th Century Boy tells the story of Marc Bolan and his band T.Rex, exposing some of the myths and taking the audience on a journey through Marc’s life. The show is a celebration of glam rock, featuring some of Marc Bolan and T.Rex’s most famous hits such as Ride A White Swan, I Love To Boogie and Get It On.
