The Young Vic theatre in Southwark, south London, has announced full casting for its upcoming production of The Trial by Franz Kafka adapted by Nick Gill, which runs from 19 June to 22 August 2015, with an official opening on 26 June 2015.

Joining the previously announced Rory Kinnear will be Kate O'Flynn, Hugh Skinner, Sian Thomas, Marc Antolin, Steven Beard, Richard Cant, Sarah Crowden, Charlie Folorunsho, Neil Haigh, Suzy King and Weruche Opia.

Due to high demand, the run has been extended until Saturday 22 August 2015, with a day seat lottery being held at the Young Vic Box Office ahead of each performance.

"In his thirtieth year K. lives a waking nightmare. Visited at home by state agents on his birthday, accused of an unspecified crime, K. is bewildered by spiralling layers of bureaucracy - and the more sinister motives which lurk beneath them."

The production is directed by Richard Jones and features designs by Miriam Buether, costumes by Nicky Gillibrand, lighting by Mimi Jordan Sherin, sound and music by David Sawer and movement by Sarah Fahie.

The Young Vic have also announced that they have added an extra performance of Simon Stephens' Song From Far Away, directed by Ivo van Hove, which will now run from 2 to 19 September 2015.
