Iceberg Right Ahead at Upstairs at Gatehouse Theatre

Ovation presents Iceberg, Right Ahead!, by Chris Burgess, at Upstairs at Gatehouse Theatre, a fringe venue in Highgate, north London from 22 March to 22 April 2012 .

An account of the last twelve hours in the life of an 'unsinkable ship'. From the calm afternoon of 14th April 1912 to the rescue by RMS Carpathia on the morning of 15th April, we follow a cross section of passengers and crew who were forced to come to terms with the world's most famous shipping disaster.

All the characters in the play are actual passengers and crew who sailed on this ill-fated maiden voyage.

Cast includes Julien Ball, Rosalind Blessed, Steven George, Katharine Gwen, Amy Joyce Hastings, Liam Mulvey, Jamie Partridge, Nathalie Pownall, Matthew Walker.
