Images of Natalie Dormer and David Oakes in Venus in Fur rehearsals

​Rehearsal images of Natalie Dormer and David Oakes preparing for the West End run of Venus in Fur have been released.

Dormer plays actress Vanda Jordan who appears unannouncedly in Manhattan for an audition with director Thomas Novachek. She's determined to land a role in his latest production, despite being seemingly wrong for the role.

Written by David Ives, the production ran on Broadway in 2011, and won leading actress Nina Arianda the 2012 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play.

Directed by Patrick Marber, Venus in Fur runs at the Theatre Royal Haymarket from 6th October to 9th December, with an official opening on 17th October.
