Julian Barratt cast in Lucy Kirkwood's NSFW at Royal Court

Julian Barratt has been cast as Aidan the editor of lad's mag Doghouse in Lucy Kirkwood's new play NSFW, which opens at the Royal Court Downstairs 31 Oct 2012, following previews from 25 Oct - runing to 24 Nov 2012.

He joins previously mentioned Janie Dee (Miranda), Sacha Dhawan (Sam), Kevin Doyle (Mr Bradshaw), Henry Lloyd-Hughes (Rupert), Esther Smith (Charlotte).

Directed by Simon Godwin, designed by Tom Pye, lighting by Guy Hoare, sound by Ben and Max Ringham.

Carrie's getting them out for the lads. Charlotte's just grateful to have a job, Sam's being asked to sell more than his body and Aidan's trying to keep Doghouse from going under.

Julian Barratt London stage credits include The Government Inspector at the Young Vic in 2011. He is best known for playing Howard Moon in cult show The Mighty Boosh which he co-wrote with Noel Fielding.
