Final casting has been confirmed for Legally Blonde The Musical, which opens at the Savoy Theatre 13 Jan 2010, following previews from 5 Dec - booking to 23 May 2010, with performances Monday, Wednesday - Sunday!

Peter Davison will play Callahan and Jill Halfpenny will play Paulette. They join previously mentioned Sheridan Smith (Elle Woods), Duncan James (Warner), Alex Gaumond (Emmett) , Susan McFadden (Serena), Aoife Mulholland (Brooke).

Peter Davison is best known as the Doctor in Doctor Who between 1981 and 1984. His London stage credits include "Spamalot" at the Palace Theatre in 2007; "Under the Doctor" at the Comedy in 2001;"Chicago" at the Adelphi Theatre in 1999; "Dial M for Murder" at the Apollo in 1996; "An Absolute Turkey" at the former Globe Theatre (now Gielgud) in 1994. His tv credits include "All Creatures Great and Small", "The Last Detective" & "At Home with the Braithwaites".

Jill Halfpenny is currently starring in Calendar Girls at the Noel Coward Theatre. Her other West End credit includes 'Roxie Hart' in "Chicago" in 2005. She won the BBC series Strictly Come Dancing in 2004. On TV she is best known for her role as Kate Mitchell in EastEnders, which she played from 2002 – 2005.
