The Glorious Ones - musical at the Landor Theatre

The Glorious Ones, at the Landor Theatre, a fringe venue in Clapham, south London from 6 March to 7 April 2012.

Directed by Robert McWhir, designed by Martin Thomas, lighting by Howard Hudson, choreography by Robbie O'Reilly. Musical Director is David Randall.

Set in 17th-century Italy. A theatre group in the world of commedia dell'arte and theatre of the Italian Renaissance. It's a sung valentine to the actor's life, with its joys, hardships and sorrows, set during a period when the comic theatre was beginning to shed its vulgar roots and evolve toward a greater refinement.
